DAL International is a Saudi company currently serving Madinah, specialising in periodic and preventive maintenance for residential and commercial properties. We work with owners, tenants, landlords, property-management offices, owners associations and developers to keep properties in good condition throughout the lease and beyond — and to return units in their original condition when it ends.

How We Work
A clear process from subscription to repair
Choose a package
Subscribe to the Basic package (1,495 SAR per year) or the Comprehensive package (2,070 SAR per year), or build your own package around your devices. Prices include 15% VAT.
Scheduled visits
4 preventive visits per year, 2 of them with an inspection engineer, scheduled in coordination with you.
Photo-documented report
After each visit you receive a report with photos showing the property's condition and any findings.
Pre-priced repairs
Any repair needed is priced from a pre-set price list and carried out only after your approval and payment, with a 30-day warranty.
