Residential building or tower
From SAR 2,185 a year
For a 4-floor building with up to 4 apartments per floor, including VAT.
Building base fee SAR 1,035, plus SAR 287.50 for each floor (up to 4 apartments), including VAT.
Other items are added by count at their published prices: extra apartments on a floor, parking, a used roof, garden irrigation, central water heaters and devices in the shared areas.
The per-floor fee includes, on every floor: lighting (including emergency lighting), stair doors, the meter cabinet and leak monitoring; and in the shared areas: the entrance, roof, rain drainage, pump and meter room, panel, ventilation openings, a visual check of the tanks, external drainage and the facade.
Cleaning of upper and ground water tanks can be added to the contract.
Devices in a building contract are for the shared areas only. Apartments subscribe separately for their units.
Does not include inside the apartments, lifts, firefighting, alarms, generators or central gas.

For a prayer hall, including VAT. Small mosque SAR 1,782.50, medium mosque SAR 2,530, jami mosque SAR 3,335.
Wudu points, toilets and a women's prayer area are added by count at their published prices.

For a school with up to 12 classrooms, including VAT. Up to 24 classrooms and a hall SAR 3,967.50, up to 36 classrooms and a hall SAR 5,232.50.

In medical centres we maintain the building's facilities: air conditioning, plumbing, electrical and doors. The package does not include medical equipment.

From SAR 1,035 a year
Base fee for the facility, including the administration area up to 200 m², including VAT. 4 visits a year and a photo report.
Extra administration area: SAR 287.50 for each 200 m². Production halls and storage: SAR 287.50 for each 1,000 m². Office: SAR 57.50. Toilet: SAR 69. Then devices and tanks by count at their published prices.
The scope is the building services only. It does not include production lines, machinery, cranes, generators or alarm and firefighting systems. Electrical work is inside the facility after the meter, without the main panel.
