- Two visits with an inspection engineer for a full inspection and two preventive visits with a technician from a maintenance establishment contracted with DAL, alternating.

- Repairs priced upfront from the published rates; small repairs up to 200 riyals before VAT (230 riyals incl. VAT) are done at the same visit if the pre-approval option is chosen in the contract and quotation.

We agree on the details, then sign the unified contract with the developers' annex.

An invoice is issued for every unit or building added, and the scheduled visits begin after payment.

What developers ask us
Can we subscribe for all the project's units together?
Yes. Design a package around the project's units and their devices, then request a quotation at checkout; an invoice is issued for every unit or building added.
Do you decide who is responsible for a defect?
No. We document each unit's condition with photos after every visit and do not rule between the parties; responsibility follows the sale contract.
Can the shared areas of our buildings be added?
Yes, within the services listed on the site. A building is priced by its number of floors and its shared services, such as stairwells, basement and roof.
Are repairs included in the subscription?
No. Each repair is priced upfront from the published rates and carried out only after approval and payment, with a 30-day warranty.
