Services without a subscription
Order any service from the shop at its published price, including VAT, without an annual subscription.
Two ways to order
You know what you need
Choose the items from the shop categories below and add them to your cart.
The minimum order is SAR 287.50 including VAT. It includes the visit, so there is no separate visit fee.
Not sure what caused the fault?
Add a diagnosis visit for SAR 186.88 including VAT to your cart. It is deducted in full from the repair labour if you have the repair done with us.
How your order is charged
Amounts are labour charges in Saudi riyals, including VAT.
Example 1: replacing one standard socket on its own (34.50)
You pay the minimum order of 287.50, which includes the visit. If you add other items up to that amount, you still pay 287.50. The cart completes your order to the minimum automatically.
Example 2: replacing a toilet bowl (184.00) and a washbasin (138.00)
You pay their total of 322.00, with no separate visit fee.
If your order is a diagnosis only, with no repair, you are charged a 186.88 diagnosis visit, not the minimum order.
- Work is done during working hours (Saturday to Thursday, 8 am to 8 pm).
- Outside working hours, on your prior request, an after-hours fee of SAR 93.44 including VAT is added per order: add “After-hours request” from the Visits and inspections category. The diagnosis visit then comes to 280.31 and the minimum order to 380.94.
- Prices are for labour. Parts are charged at their price after your approval.
- At checkout you choose “Pay now” (by bank transfer, card, STC Pay, or Tabby/Tamara where shown) or “Request a quotation”: your cart reaches you as a PDF quotation by email, and you can download it right away. Nothing is done before payment.
- Pay us only through the published payment methods. Do not pay the technician directly.
- We currently serve Madinah only.
