Not a subscriber: the minimum order is SAR 287.50 including VAT within working hours, and it includes the visit. Not sure what caused the fault? A diagnosis visit costs SAR 186.88 including VAT, fully deducted from the repair if we do it. You get a quote with the amount before any work. Details of services without a subscription

Subscribers: there is no fee for your package's scheduled visits. A special visit outside the schedule costs SAR 186.88 including VAT within working hours.

For a water leak, close the main valve; for an electrical fault, switch off the breaker, if it is safe. Then send the request.
