Inspection Engineer

About the role

The Inspection Engineer leads technical inspections of residential and commercial properties in Madinah, assesses the condition of building systems, and turns findings into clear inspection reports and preventive maintenance plans for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out periodic and pre-contract inspections of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and water heater systems.
• Prepare accurate inspection reports with photos, defect classification, risk level and recommended corrective actions.
• Define preventive maintenance scopes and checklists for each property and review technicians’ work quality.
• Estimate materials and effort for corrective work to support quotations.
• Ensure compliance with the Saudi Building Code, Civil Defense requirements and company safety procedures.
• Explain findings to clients professionally and follow up on closure of recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering.
• Valid professional accreditation from the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
• Practical experience in building inspection, facility or property maintenance.
• Strong report-writing skills; proficiency in Arabic, English is an advantage.
• Valid Saudi driving license and ability to work on site.

Location: Madinah, Saudi Arabia — field and office work across client properties. Salary and benefits will be discussed at the interview, in line with the Saudi Labor Law.
