Operations Supervisor

About the role

The Operations Supervisor plans and supervises daily field work, leads the technician team and makes sure every visit is completed on time, safely and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch maintenance visits and balance technician workload.
• Supervise work on site, check photo documentation and close work orders.
• Enforce safety rules, PPE use and toolbox talks.
• Control spare parts, tools and petty cash custody issued to the team.
• Handle client escalations on site and report daily performance to the Operations Manager.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in a technical field.
• Experience in building maintenance with team supervision.
• Strong planning, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of Arabic; English or Urdu is an advantage.
• Valid Saudi driving license.

Location: Madinah, Saudi Arabia — field and office work across client properties. Salary and benefits will be discussed at the interview, in line with the Saudi Labor Law.
