Comprehensive Package — Annual Periodic Maintenance

An annual preventive maintenance subscription for an apartment with up to 4 split ACs, paid in advance for a full year. It includes everything in the Basic package: 4 visits a year, the inspection engineer at the 1st and 3rd and a technician at the 2nd and 4th, preventive washing and servicing of the 4 ACs twice a year, and a photo report after every visit.

On top of that, set preventive services are done at the 4 visits whether or not anything has broken: kitchen hood cleaning twice a year, hood filter replacement twice, water heater descaling and a safety-valve check for 2 heaters once a year, preventive clearing of sinks and floor drains once, and lubrication of doors and locks once. Price = the Basic package price + the value of these services at the published catalogue rates, so they are paid services at set prices, not a repair credit.

The package has no repair credit: repairs and parts are not included, you get the price of every repair from the published rates before the work, it is carried out only after the person who pays approves and pays, and every repair carries a 30-day warranty. If you choose the pre-approval option in the contract and quotation, small repairs up to 200 riyals before VAT (230 riyals incl. VAT) are done during the visit and invoiced at their price.

Quantity = number of apartments, each with 4 split ACs; the engineer checks the device count at the first visit, and each AC above four is charged at its published yearly price.
