Replace CCTV Camera

Replacement of a failed CCTV camera: we remove it, fit the new camera on the same cabling and set its angle.

Unit: per camera. The price is for work up to 3 m high without extra demolition.

The price is for labour; parts are priced separately after your approval. The warranty is 30 days on the repair carried out, from job sign-off; parts carry the supplier's warranty.

The minimum order for services without a subscription is 287.50 riyals including VAT, and it includes the visit. Outside working hours, on prior request, an after-hours fee of 93.44 riyals including VAT is added per order.

Service steps

Order the service from the shop: pay by bank transfer, or request a quotation at checkout and pay afterwards.

We agree the visit time with you within working hours, Saturday to Thursday, 8 am to 8 pm, in Madinah.

If parts are needed, we price them on a separate line and fit them only after your approval.

The work is carried out and signed off, and the 30-day warranty runs from sign-off.

Questions about this item

Does this item include new cabling?

No. The new camera is fitted on the existing cabling. Replacing an exposed cable or power adapter is a separate item in the shop.

Does the price include spare parts?

No. The price is for labour; parts are priced separately after your approval at the tier you choose (Economy, Standard or Premium), and come from registered spare-parts shops.

What are the working hours, and can the work be done outside them?

Working hours are Saturday to Thursday, 8 am to 8 pm, in Madinah. Outside them, on prior request, an after-hours fee of 93.44 riyals including VAT is added per order.
