Repair Outdoor Intercom

Repair of the outdoor intercom unit: we inspect it and repair or replace it on the existing wiring.

Unit: per unit. The price is for work up to 3 m high without extra demolition.

The price is for labour; parts are priced separately after your approval. The warranty is 30 days on the repair carried out, from job sign-off; parts carry the supplier's warranty.

The minimum order for services without a subscription is 287.50 riyals including VAT, and it includes the visit. Outside working hours, on prior request, an after-hours fee of 93.44 riyals including VAT is added per order.

Service steps

Order the service from the shop: pay by bank transfer, or request a quotation at checkout and pay afterwards.

We agree the visit time with you within working hours, Saturday to Thursday, 8 am to 8 pm, in Madinah.

If parts are needed, we price them on a separate line and fit them only after your approval.

The work is carried out and signed off, and the 30-day warranty runs from sign-off.

What if the fault needs diagnosing before the repair is decided?

A diagnosis visit is 186.88 riyals including VAT, fully deducted from the repair labour if we carry out the repair.

Does the price include spare parts?

No. The price is for labour; parts are priced separately after your approval at the tier you choose (Economy, Standard or Premium), and come from registered spare-parts shops.

What are the working hours, and can the work be done outside them?

Working hours are Saturday to Thursday, 8 am to 8 pm, in Madinah. Outside them, on prior request, an after-hours fee of 93.44 riyals including VAT is added per order.
