Treat Damp Patch

Treatment of a damp patch on a wall: we scrape the area, treat it with a waterproofing material and paint it, after the source of the moisture has been fixed.

Unit: per square metre, minimum charge 92 riyals including VAT, materials included. The price is for work up to 3 m high without extra demolition.

The price includes labour and the materials stated in the unit; any other parts are priced separately after your approval. The warranty is 30 days on the repair carried out, from job sign-off; parts carry the supplier's warranty.

The minimum order for services without a subscription is 287.50 riyals including VAT, and it includes the visit. Outside working hours, on prior request, an after-hours fee of 93.44 riyals including VAT is added per order.

Service steps

Order the service from the shop: pay by bank transfer, or request a quotation at checkout and pay afterwards.

We agree the visit time with you within working hours, Saturday to Thursday, 8 am to 8 pm, in Madinah.

The materials stated in the unit are included; if any other parts are needed, we price them and fit them only after your approval.

The work is carried out and signed off, and the 30-day warranty runs from sign-off.

No. This item treats the patch after the moisture source has been fixed; fixing the source itself is not included.

What if the fault needs diagnosing before the repair is decided?

A diagnosis visit is 186.88 riyals including VAT, fully deducted from the repair labour if we carry out the repair.
