One fee per order, added to orders for services without a subscription and to diagnosis visits when the appointment is outside working hours (Saturday to Thursday, 8 am to 8 pm). Add it with the service or diagnosis visit you are ordering.

On your prior request and after we confirm the appointment. The fee is one per order, not per item.

Payment is by bank transfer, or request a quotation at checkout and pay afterwards. The service is in Madinah.
