Pre-subscription inspection visit

An on-site inspection visit before you subscribe: the inspection engineer comes, assesses the condition of the property, and recommends the right package or the repairs needed. During working hours (Saturday to Thursday, 8 am to 8 pm), in Madinah.

The inspection fee is deducted from your subscription if you subscribe afterwards. Any repairs the engineer recommends are priced from the published rates and done only after your approval and payment.
