Diagnosis visit (non-subscribers)

A technician visit to diagnose a fault during working hours (Saturday to Thursday, 8 am to 8 pm), for non-subscribers and for anyone who does not know the cause of the fault. The service is in Madinah.

You get the repair price from the published rates before any work, and the visit fee is fully deducted from the repair labour if we carry out the repair. Parts are priced separately after your approval, and every repair carries a 30-day warranty.

Outside working hours, on prior request, add the After-hours request (93.44 riyals incl. VAT per order). Payment is by bank transfer, or request a quotation at checkout and pay afterwards, and it goes to Mawadda only, never to a technician directly.
