Added to a building package with the building base fee; not sold on its own. Unit: per floor of up to 4 apartments, and quantity = the number of floors.

Each floor includes: lighting (including emergency lighting), stair doors, the meter cabinet and leak monitoring. For apartments above 4 on a floor, add the item Apartment above 4 per floor for each one.

The engineer checks the numbers at the first visit: any excess is charged and any shortfall refunded. Repairs and parts are not included; you get their price before any work.
