Building central water heater — twice a year (per central heater)

Added to a building package with the building base fee; not sold on its own. Preventive service twice a year of the central water heater serving the common parts of the building; unit: per central heater of up to 500 litres, and larger heaters are priced after inspection.

Each service includes draining and descaling the tank, and checking the heating elements, thermostat, safety and pressure valve, anode rod, circulation pump, expansion tank, insulation and leaks in the heater room.

Heaters inside the apartments are not included; they come under a unit subscription. Spare parts are not included and are priced from the published rates before any work, and the engineer checks the numbers at the first visit: any excess is charged and any shortfall refunded.
