Companies, offices, shops and medical centres — up to 200 m²
The annual fee for a company, office, shop or medical centre of up to 200 m²: the base of the annual package, paid in advance for a year. It includes 4 visits a year, the inspection engineer at the 1st and 3rd and a technician at the 2nd and 4th, and a photo report after every visit.
We maintain the building's facilities: air conditioning, plumbing, electrical and doors; the package does not include medical equipment. Then add ACs and devices at their published prices, and for a larger area choose the up-to-400 m² tier.
Repairs and parts are not included; you get the price of every repair from the published rates before the work, and it is done only after approval and payment. The engineer checks the area and numbers at the first visit: any excess is charged and any shortfall refunded.
