Added to a company, office, shop or medical centre package with the up-to-400 m² tier; not sold on its own. For each additional 200 m² above 400 m², and quantity = (area − 400) ÷ 200, rounded up.

The engineer checks the area and numbers at the first visit: any excess is charged and any shortfall refunded. Repairs and parts are not included; you get their price before any work.
