Extra admin area (factory or warehouse) — per 200 m²

Added to a factory or warehouse package with its base fee; not sold on its own. For each 200 m² of admin area above the 200 m² included in the base fee, and quantity = (admin area − 200) ÷ 200, rounded up.

The engineer checks the areas and numbers at the first visit: any excess is charged and any shortfall refunded. Repairs and parts are not included; you get their price before any work.
