Factory or warehouse base fee — includes admin area up to 200 m²

The annual fee for a factory or warehouse: the base of the annual package, paid in advance for a year, including the admin area up to 200 m². It includes 4 visits a year, the inspection engineer at the 1st and 3rd and a technician at the 2nd and 4th, and a photo report after every visit.

We maintain building services only, and electrical work is inside the facility after the meter, with no main panel and no load increase. Then add extra admin area, production halls and storage, offices, toilets, devices and tanks at their published prices.

Repairs and parts are not included; you get the price of every repair from the published rates before the work, and it is done only after approval and payment. The engineer checks the areas and numbers at the first visit: any excess is charged and any shortfall refunded.
