School fee — up to 12 classrooms

The annual school fee for the up-to-12-classrooms tier (no hall included): the base of the annual school package, paid in advance for a year. It includes 4 visits a year, the inspection engineer at the 1st and 3rd and a technician at the 2nd and 4th, and a photo report after every visit.

Then add halls, toilets, administrative offices, ACs and devices at their published prices (and classrooms above 36 with the up-to-36 tier). Choose the tier closest to your school; the engineer confirms it at the inspection, and you pay no difference without your approval.

Repairs and parts are not included; you get the price of every repair from the published rates before the work, and it is done only after approval and payment. The engineer checks the numbers at the first visit: any excess is charged and any shortfall refunded.
