Frequently asked

Questions about this item

What is the difference between preventive cleaning and clearing a blockage?

Preventive cleaning is a scheduled service within the subscription visits. Clearing an existing blockage is a repair, priced separately from the published rates and carried out after your approval.

When is the service done?

During your scheduled annual subscription visits (4 visits a year), twice a year for each villa.

What if the actual number differs from what I entered?

The engineer confirms the numbers at the first visit: any excess is charged and any shortfall refunded, and the price stays fixed for the subscription year.
