Repairs are not included: each repair is priced upfront from the published rates and carried out after your approval, with a 30-day warranty on every repair.

Questions about this item

Can I request it without a subscription?

No, it is only added to an annual package. For non-subscribers there is the inspection visit before subscribing, and its fee is deducted when you subscribe.

How is it different from the subscription visits?

The subscription visits are 4 scheduled visits a year, one per quarter. This is an extra visit on top of them, carried out by the engineer and ending with a photo report.
