[MDA-U-HOV-2] Move-in/move-out inspection — tier 2

Move-in/move-out inspection — tier 2

A move-in / move-out inspection of the unit when a tenant moves in or out, with a photo report that documents its condition. A one-time service with no subscription, during working hours (Saturday to Thursday, 8 am to 8 pm), in Madinah.

The tier depends on the size of the unit, and this is tier 2: an apartment of more than 3 bedrooms, or a villa up to 400 m². Choose the closest; we confirm the tier with you before the visit, and you pay no difference without your approval.

The inspection documents the condition; anything that needs a repair is priced from the published rates and done only after approval and payment.
