What the visits include
- Inspection of the shared services within scope: electrics, panels and common lighting; plumbing, tanks, float valves and pumps; doors and locks; cameras and intercom; insulation and roofs.
- A photo report after every visit reaches you, even if you are not near the building.
- The inside of the apartments, and anything not in the list, is outside this contract.
- Tank cleaning is a separate service at its own price, not included in the building fee: SAR 287.50 for a roof tank and SAR 517.50 for a ground tank, including VAT, per tank. Order it once, or add it to the building contract once or twice a year.
Price, and who pays for repairs
- By number of floors: SAR 1,035 for the building and SAR 287.50 per floor a year, including VAT. Example: a 4-floor building is SAR 2,185.
- If the building is rented out, we set who bears each repair according to the lease, and we do not settle disputes between you.
- No repair is carried out without the approval of the person who pays, or within the pre-approval limit chosen in the contract (SAR 230 including VAT).
- Every repair carried out has a 30-day warranty, and parts carry their supplier's warranty.
Quick questions
Does the price include the inside of the apartments?
No. The contract is for the building's shared services. Each apartment's owner or occupant can subscribe separately in the household packages.
How do I know the exact price for my building?
Design your facility's package, enter the number of floors and anything you want to add, and the price appears including VAT.
What happens if I do not approve a repair?
It is not carried out, and the report records that it was noted and not repaired.
Do you work outside Madinah?
No. Our services are currently within Madinah only.
