What the visits include
- Building services only: electrics, panels and lighting; air conditioners in offices and facilities; plumbing and toilets; doors and locks; insulation and roofs; cameras and intercom.
- Production lines, machinery and cranes are outside our scope.
- A photo report after every visit reaches the facility's contact person.
Price by components
- Price by the building's components, confirmed by the inspection engineer on the first visit. List your building's components in your quotation request.
- Payment by bank transfer after the formal quotation.
- No repair is carried out without the approval of the person who pays, or within the pre-approval limit chosen in the contract (SAR 230 including VAT).
- Every repair carried out has a 30-day warranty, and parts carry their supplier's warranty.

Do you repair the factory's machines?
No. The contract is for the building's services only.
The warehouse has no air conditioners. Do I pay for them?
No. The price depends only on the components in your building, and the inspection engineer confirms them.
Is worker housing in the contract?
If it is part of the same building, mention it in your quotation request.
Do you work in industrial cities outside Madinah?
No. Our services are currently within Madinah only.
