What the visits include
- Inspection within scope: air conditioners; electrics, lighting and the panel; plumbing and toilets; doors and locks; cameras and intercom; floors and walls.
- Air-conditioner washing: twice a year for every split unit you add to the contract at its price.
- A photo report after every visit reaches the person your facility names.
- Medical centres: the contract is for the building's services only; medical equipment is not included.
Price
- By area: up to 200 m² is SAR 1,035 a year including VAT. For larger areas the price appears in the package designer.
- Repairs and spare parts are not included in the subscription.
- No repair is carried out without the approval of the person who pays, or within the pre-approval limit chosen in the contract (SAR 230 including VAT).
- Every repair carried out has a 30-day warranty, and parts carry their supplier's warranty.

Can I pay by bank transfer?
Yes. Bank transfer and quotations are for companies and institutions.
Does it include maintenance of medical equipment?
No. The contract is for the building's services only.
Can I cancel?
Cancellation and refunds follow the cancellation and refund policy published on the site.
